^If ZOS is going to add an account wide outfit slot unlock for all your characters (present ones and future characters you may create), at what price range is acceptable for you?

Personally I am pissed that ZOS still hasn't have such account wide outfit slot available, as someone with 10 characters (And still may create even more), ZOS really just trying to make you create more characters but refuse to offer any things to make our lives eaiser (No faster mount train, no class/alliance change, no account wide motif, no account wide outfit slot etc)

I think my limit is 1500 crowns for a single account-wide slot. I might buy a 2nd if it were half price.

I would not buy a single-character slot at any price. I'm sitting on about 26k crowns, so they already have my money, but I wouldn't waste them on that.

I mostly just wear costumes to hide my physical guild tabard. It'd be nice to have the option to hide the tabard, like hats, but that's probably never going to happen. So, I have no need for tons of outfit slots to begin with.

I've always thought that the 1500 or 750 price they've had, would be good for an account-wide slot. It's just outfits, after all.

I would be willing to pay 1,500 Crowns per *ACCOUNT WIDE* !!!!!!! unlocked Slot, but thats it... Nothing more than that..!

Since they already had their 8th or even 9th SALE on those Slots (1,500 -> down to -> 750 per) within the last 7 months, I don't think we will see any account-wide unlocks. Only chance there maybe is - a permanent reduction to 750 Crowns instead of 1,500. But that would be - in my opinion - still too much for a *per Char* unlock. If they would really like to sell those Slots and that on a per Char unlock, they would need to reduce the price to 250 Crowns at least.

    Best regards

I bought 7 slots for my Altmer right before they were discounted. Firsth I thought: maybe I can ask for some kind of refund? Just 2 days passed! But than I said: why? I wanted outfit slots. I ddin'tt need the for a game, really. It was just my wish to look as I RP with my Altmer.
So, luxury. Outfits are luxury. One can easily do without them - I can say as an oufit addict- but costs in gold. Yet ZOS sell it just right. Wanna luxury? Pay. Wanna save? Pay gold. Wanna save more? Don't give a flying duck for your appearance. Noone really notice you in a fact because of server issues and personal urgent tasks...

I am not someone who spends a lot of time customizing new outfits. Though I like to experiment with different dyes.

4500 seems like an acceptable price. Though at the same time I imagine they would loose money on this. Since in total how much have they gained on us buying one slot at a time, for one character at a time. Well I still hope we get account wide outfit token.

This whole one character only is at a times annoying.

I wouldn’t buy it for any price that they’d offer. If they gave me one extra slot for all toons for like 1k or maybe 1.5k I’d consider it. But seeing as that’s the price for one... The price it is now baffles me.

@Lyserus , your pricing seems a bit off, mate.

I would purchase account wide outfit unlocks, and happily so... At the current price. This is already WAY operpriced.

As a matter of comparison, Champions Online selms per character costume (the equivalent of ESO outfits) slots for 150 Zen (in real money, that's about as much as 150 crowns), for 2 slots. 150 crowns for 2 slots, effectiveley making the price 20 times lower than in ESO. And this is a superhero game, so character appearance is way more important there.

Quite frankly, at 1500 crown per outfit slot, one could assume this is already account wide. And one of the worst things is that it's never stated explicitly in the game that this is per character. Nor is it stated otherwise, the information doesn't even exist. You need to search outside the game to find it. That's really bad business practice.

4.5K is my absolute maximum, and even that is high enough that I would only buy one. Maybe a second one a year or so down the road. The price point is just WAAAAAAY to high for what it is, especially given the fact that other games of similar sizes offer much more generous account-wide unlocks for their costumes at a fraction of the price. At that price point I'd very begrudgingly buy a second slot for my characters since I like to have visually distinct styles for PvP and PvE, and then I'd call it a day.

I wouldn't pay any of the prices listed.

IMO they should have been account wide for 1,500 or something much more acceptable like 100 each for a single character.

    Yep. Never.

Also and ESPECIALLY after I accidentally used a token I won on a wrong character (because in thought it was account wide - how STUPID is it that it's not!?) and the CS would not even let me put it on the one I always outfit swap, I will never pay into this dumb system.

No they wouldn't. Lots of people have never bought any outfit slots simply because they feel it's way overpriced. If they priced it decently, that is for instance 1500 or maybe 2000 for account wide unlocks, or maybe 200 MAXIMUM for a per character unlock, then maybe they would start selling those way more.

And since those goods have no manufacturing costs, they can't "lose" anything. The current pricing is actually what causes a shortfall... Or is the proper wording "loss of income" ? Sorry, english isn't my main language, I'm not quite sure how to translate that. Basically, I mean they miss some sales that would generate additionnal income by pricing the goods too high, but don't actually lose anything since there is no cost in making the goods.

I think I'd go as high as 2000 for an account wide slot, but that's my limit

for individual slots - I *might* be willing to pay 500 for a single character slot...but that would probably be my limit as well

curiously, just imagining my own shopping patterns, if they made single character slots at 500 a piece, I might buy as many as 6 (3 total outfits for my 3 favorite characters) for a grand total of 3k

however, if I could get account wide slots, I'd probably buy 4-6k crowns worth for my whole group - then I get 3 outfit options for my entire brood - at roughly double the cost of my favorite 3

at the current price point though, they're so far out of touch with anything I'd even consider paying, that ZOS has totally screwed themselves out of getting any of MY money for cosmetics...gg ZOS

I would pay current price for account wide outfit slot....as i always thought that current price IS adequate for account wide, it is silly price for 1 slot for 1 character.

Of course, that widely depends on how many characters you have, for someone with 1 character....it is account wide, for me....not.

I don't play lots of alts - or, any, at the moment, actually.

So, 4500 crowns would be more than enough for me to pay.

They're overpriced at 1500, per char, anyway.

So, assuming half price is more fair, that would be the price for 6 chars, not 3.

I don't think they would lose money, as I don't think many are buying the single char ones, even at half price.

Whereas, some people with 10 chars might think 4500 was fair for an account wide unlock.
