Last night me and my group went through the entire dungeon, but the quest did not progress. We all decided just to give up on it.
Today me and a new group did it and we got as far as to clear the dungeon, but when it was time to report our progress, the npc we were supposed to talk to (Guardian Sud-Hareem) wasn't anywhere to be found. I went back to the dungeon and the quest reset, telling me I needed to clear the caves again.
Is anyone else having this much trouble with this quest, and what can I do to actually finish it? Is it possible to complete it without having to run through it again?

suhuy0eb17_ESOSoul ShrivenHave very similar problem. Im cleared dungeon, kill last boss, recieve achievement but quest not update, stuck on "clear first cave" stage.
Цrite in support useless. Instead of correcting an bugged stage, I got a trivial tips - "You may wish to try abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on"0 -

✭Honestly Zenimax should just award quest completion to those who do not have it but have the dungeon completion achievement.0 -
loops73✭✭I had this problem once, to clear it make sure you wait for the npcs to catch up to you before moving on to the next cave or it will not progress you.0

reggielee✭✭✭✭yes, this happened to me but as it was my first time I thought I had missed an npc, but to be honest none of the npcs had quest markers on them or any other indicator I needed to speak with them. i ended up leaving the dungeon and not getting creditMama always said the fastest way to a man's heart is through his chest.0 -

the only one you have to talk to is the guy in the beginning,make sure the npcs stay with you as you are clearing the caves. after you have cleared the caves,you will automatically get a new quest to kill the boss at the end,when she is dead an npc will appear to the left of her spawn to complete the quest.yes, this happened to me but as it was my first time I thought I had missed an npc, but to be honest none of the npcs had quest markers on them or any other indicator I needed to speak with them. i ended up leaving the dungeon and not getting credit
