Hello,

First off, I love the game. I am having a blast playing and I could not have expected to be as happy with a launch as I have been with this one. Thank you for this.

My problem is that I did not receive the Monkey Pet in game. I had an account during beta and participated several times. However, I did experience a problem when I preordered the game. The problems work around prior to launch was for you guys to "delete" my original account and for me to create the account again using ALL of the previous information. This is the same email address, billing address, etc. used for the first account. But I guess since this is now considered a "new" account, it does not grant me the beta prize. Is there any way for this to be corrected? I would love to wander Tamriel with my own monkey at my side.

Thanks for all of your time and efforts. This is my first Elderscrolls game and I now know why all those people went on about them.

    Hello again. I understand that ZOS has been dealing with a few issues since I first posted this. However, is there any way I could get a response from customer service regarding the problem I stated above?

    If this is not the correct way to address the problem, please let me know and I will gladly contract CS over the phone. I only tried the forums to not "pile on".

    You'll need to contact them through the customer support option in-game (or customer support out of game). Forums tend to be a bad way to communicate with the actual dev team. You should get a response from support within a day of sending the message in if you go through the right channels.

    The monkey I received was bad.

    I had to spank my monkey in Cold Harbor.
