In Cyrodiil, and came across a couple of players whose characters were repeating what sounds like non-English NPC lines over and over again. I even came across them about 30 minutes later and same thing. I had a better video of it, but some gamer tags can be seen and didn’t know if that would be against forum rules. Cracked me up.
