I take it now the tendency moves towards giving major reward (like skin or personality) for just completing a dungeon on veteran difficulty. It is absolutely fine, because something that important should be widely accessible. The problem is we get nothing for completing tripple achievement (Speed run + no death + HM)
So I propose the following model:
1. For completing a dungeon on veteran difficulty you get major reward (skin, personality)
2. For completing "Challenger" achievement you get some minor reward (new color, furniture)
3. For completing tripple achievement you get the title which is only good to indicate that you did it and maybe some furniture to showcase it in your home
This way everyone is happy
PS: and while you are at it, please add no more than 1 title per Dungeon/Trial, stop flooding us with tons of titles, half of wich no one knows. vet MOL is a perfect example of how it should be done

I disagree, the skin should be reserved for the triple achievement(for dungeons at least). The goal is to get more people playing difficult content, so the best reward should go to those who put in the most time. More people practicing in pugs means a higher completion rate for pugs.
