Activating a skill ( Dodge roll ) to get a passive makes no sense.
A passive should be a passive no ?

    By that logic, Argonian should not have to drink a potion...
    I'm not against triggered effect, as long as they're balance and fitting of the lore.

    The spell penetration should be increased to 19,2k. Would still be completely useless, but a lot more funny. ;)

    The effect is passively triggered from the dodge action.

    You don't have to spend gold/time to obtain the method to proc the passive, is what I meant.

    And any other race need it for their procs? Oh, you mean potionholic argonians.. but you drink potions on cooldown anyway in hard fights, argonian or not..
