The PTS beeing offline aint the problem, the missing communication about it is.
Dunno why they cant stand up and say " he we run into trouble X, we wont be able to get PTS up Today (yesterday), we will work on it again Tomorrow and keep you posted."

MS = ~19.5% crit + Shadow + 1k mag

Rollerblades isn’t a new term. They have been there before, eternally rolling and cloaking and zipping to their Dark Image until...Incap is up, and if the attack fails, repeat. This is just a pimped iteration of it.

I was indeed talking about stam. But as a Khajiit, Magicka gear isn't out of the picture

You're better off with shadow + TFS than shadow+lover in TBS. The penetration stats each one gives is:
Lover 4196
TFS 4300
Okay, you get 1k health and 1k magicka with TBS (but 833 weapon crit and 129 weapon damage on TFS).0
