Really that new passive will have almost 0 use for anyone using High Elves, I have no clue what was going through their heads when they made that change. Things were not that messed up before these new changes, all they had to do was give Dark Elves an extra 100 fire spell and weapon damage and everything would be perfectly balanced.
Altmers have always been the strongest overall Magicka race and no one ever complained, its just lore
Dark Elves were the strongest fire Magicka race
Bretons had the resistances and insane sustain which more than made up for the lack of spell damage
Khajits were never the go to Magicka race but now they have become the strongest one
This doesnt make any sense and mainly the nerf to high Elves should be reconsidered

mxxo✭✭✭✭Dont worry, Khajiit become only strong for Elsweyr. With the Chapter after it we will get the next race change. Then Orcs will be Magicka DPS.

Aethereal'Golden✭✭✭What was that? Stamina return? Such a disrespect! Dear ZOS, bring this stamina 'utility' to someone else, your favored bretons, for example, but leave altmers. It's a shame to gut a magica-based race with such a drastic, useless change. An altmer sorc already was struggling with sustein. So what now? Revert this, please. It's just not the way to go.
