Why does ESO currently have none? Aren't they the standard in mmo's?. Is this something that comes later?

    Maybe their clients won't let them into the games :p
    And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.

    What makes you think there aren't any?

    In fact I'm sure there are, several times 'green' posters have referred to opening tickets so that you can get help in-game, that means there are in-game GMs.

    Not seeing one does not mean that there are none..
    I got my issue resolved while playing so yes, there are some but as all games, I bet they are amazingly busy at the moment..
    Egypt and Antarctica kills off more investigators each year than cancer does.
