In fact I'm sure there are, several times 'green' posters have referred to opening tickets so that you can get help in-game, that means there are in-game GMs.0 -

I got my issue resolved while playing so yes, there are some but as all games, I bet they are amazingly busy at the moment..Egypt and Antarctica kills off more investigators each year than cancer does.
