The poll is to get a feel for the amount of people who actually own this upgrade.
Edit: The Adventurer's Pack costs 1900, I'd ask that ZOS please put this pack on sale if it isn't already, along with your intention for race/name change tokens to go on sale. Please do this regardless of how many people already have the upgrade (seems to be pretty high for forum users so far, but this demographic and sample size doesn't necessarily represent the wider player base.).

Yep.. I didn't think it through till I went on PTS to test it out because I was testing all the races and didn't feel like making new toons to reallocate skill points. They're going to make a fortune from race change tokens and adventurer packs. No wonder they're purposely running balance in round 2 of the PTS. Balance was never the goal. I've brought this up in the pinned announcement thread twice so far and *crickets*. As someone above said - a lot of people don't seem aware of this limitation and man, I don't want to be on the forums the day after that happens.
A sale on the Adventurer Pack along with the race/name change tokens would be a great idea.0 -

So they will have enough crowns to purchase this upgrade easy. Besides that, the dlcs and other upgrades are quite affordable compared to other games. So if you really care then go and spend the 1900 crowns. There also plenty crown sales so you could wait for that or maybe even have someone gift the upgrade to you.
Either way I dont think getting this upgrad is hard, pay to win or anything like that. We have bigger issues to be concerned about cause if those dont get fixed then it doesnt matter what race you are. (unless you play a redguard warden next patch lol)

They checked their internal population statistics and saw that Dunmer and Altmer were the two most popular magicka DPS races. So what do they do? They pummel them with a sledgehammer. Who do they make the new top races? Breton and Khajii! Dunmer now have to buy the ARAA upgrade no matter what and Altmer need to buy it if they don't want to play as a Khajiit (which many people don't because they don't enjoy the aesthetic of the beast races).Edited by MLGProPlayer on February 5, 2019 3:17AM0 -

Just a reminder that even if you own Any Race Any Alliance, you still can't use a race change to swap alliances, it just opens freedom when selecting a new race.
I have gone on the record to say I think everyone should get AR/AL at this point, and preferably the alliances system be removed from character creation and relegated to the character signing up for an alliance as they enter cyrodiil.

This is a necro and it was posted in the heat of people screaming on the forums about racial changes, everyone was so concerned about race changing with 1 token, no one was talking about how you could only race change from 3 options without an optional upgrade (any race, any alliance). After playing for 3 years, it never became a problem or something I even considered till the PTS.
So to clarify, I do understand, not everyone did or was aware at the time of this post however. Many older players have the any race, any alliance upgrade because it came with pre-ordering the game, but we have had 2 major re-release/chapters at this point that have probably brought in many newer players that don't have the upgrade. The poll isn't exactly accurate to the larger demographic of the game.
