Trueflame, still obtainable?

I've always wanted one of these, but unfortunately it was only available from Stonefalls at launch, and I was DC. If anything, I can see them implementing it as an artifact for Cyrodiil like Volendrung now.

At launch, it was obtainable in Stonefalls via fishing, although it was extremely rare and only a handful of players have ever found it. It cannot be traded, either.

Trueflame can no longer be acquired.

That is what it says. :)

Only time I "saw" it in game (screenshot form June 2017):

I realize this post is a bit old by this point, but that guy was generating the item via H1 codes. Couple things, it was never possible to get it to drop at v16. By the time the level cap had been increased to v12, it was no longer possible to obtain. (I want to say Trueflame always dropped as a v1 (they'd be CP10 by now), but it might have been a level 1. Also, they're linking an item that is, "bind on pickup," when the item would be "bound."

Also, an interesting footnote, the original items had an unlimited charge enchant (as in the blue bar didn't even appear), while that one has an empty enchant charge.

You can generate any legitimate item in the game using h1 codes, with any level, rarity, or flags that you want.

    This, for example: SnstJCC.jpg

According to ES lore Trueflame is a sword that Dwemer king Durac gave to lord Indoril Nerevar as a wedding gift.
According to teso wiki, you can obtain this sword/artifact very rarely when fishing in Stonefalls. During the early days, some people actually got the artifact, but it was not usable as a weapon.
No idea if it is still obtainable or not.

Where the *** do i find the Lore? I mean the general vision, the whole picture, do i need to read all books in all ES games?

And play all the games, at least starting with Morrowind. Daggerfall and Arena have some stuff that's no longer relevant.

Or, you know, spend an unhealthy amount of time on UESP. Start with the major stuff, like lore for a given race, and then get dragged into the rabbit holes.

This is how it looked in the game at release: Trueflame.jpg
Missed it as well which sucks since I collect a lot of stuff I'll never use :)

Here's the lore page for the ones who don't know about it. Highly recommend you to play Morrowind with expansions if you haven't already. And like starkerealm said, UESP is a massive rabbit hole for lore lovers :)
