I turned everything off for several hours and went to sleep. Before booting my computer I reset my router (left it off for 15 minutes). I am able to log in now.0 -

For future issues though you really need to improve your customer support. You got a great game but support is terrible. I called your customer service line and waited on hold for over 3 hours before someone answered. I still have NOT received an email reply from my support ticket issued on this site.
No GM responded to the first 5-6 posts about this error. This is a big deal GMs. We are paying customers. In order to be a great game with millions of subs and not the next fad you not only need a fantastic game but great customer support (and lots of end game content)0
