    We've been investigating the situation, and have two different things we would like to ask you all to please try (if you haven't already).

    Rebooting your computer
    • Please turn your computer completely off, wait for a minute or so, and then turn it back on. If this doesn't work:
    Resetting your internet connection
    • Unplug your ethernet wire (or disable your wireless connection if you are using wireless).
    • Turn off your router and wait for 15 minutes.
    • Turn your router back on.
    • Plug the ethernet wire/turn on wireless.
    If these do not resolve this, please let us know here. Thank you for your patience!

    I turned everything off for several hours and went to sleep. Before booting my computer I reset my router (left it off for 15 minutes). I am able to log in now.

    I think this issue (note: this particular issue, not others) is fixed.

    Resolved.

    For future issues though you really need to improve your customer support. You got a great game but support is terrible. I called your customer service line and waited on hold for over 3 hours before someone answered. I still have NOT received an email reply from my support ticket issued on this site.

    No GM responded to the first 5-6 posts about this error. This is a big deal GMs. We are paying customers. In order to be a great game with millions of subs and not the next fad you not only need a fantastic game but great customer support (and lots of end game content)
