Maintenance on EU did not fix the Loading screens

Yes they just briefly fixed the loading screens by making the login server unavailable1 -

✭✭✭ESO is now almost 5 years old and Zenimax simply can not get the technology under control. To be clear, that will never happen. Here even the "principle of hope" fails.1 -
