We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Maintenance on EU did not fix the Loading screens

Created loading screen test group soon as we logged in.
Travelled into AA fine.
After reset stuck in loading screen to Cloudrest.

Reset. Instantly stuck in a loading screen to Hel Ra Citadel.
After 5 minutes loading screen ping in instance is 250-1000ms.
Chat on PC-EU has several minutes delay also.

    Can't even log in. This is unacceptable. No communication, not even a fix. Shoddy, work, very shoddy.

    3 Minutes into porting to Belkarth and still counting!

    After i tried 10 Minutes to log on! Great communication by ZOS again.

    I had endless loading screens when entering delves and caves, but never when logging into the game, that's changed with this fix.

    Yep.. works even worse than before... but maybe.. just maybe it is because 20 million ppl wants to log in ?
    This is what happens when you make server maintenance in the evening... :/

    I crashed out of vMA only to log in to find my ESO+ had been removed from my account(?!). Relogging didn't fix it, nor switching between servers... then endless ls into crash, and now stuck logging in...

    damn, the loading screen boss got new mechanics! Now it even strips your ESO+ subscription...

    I cant even log in to game at all, message pops up saying cannot connect to servers, check your internet connection, bloody cheek of it.

    Fortunately, I'd just completed, just got my dual wield drops of a mace and axe (thanks bub just what I was after). Can't hand in my quest for the 160g or whatever they give now though.

    Loading Screens seem worse .. in fact it is taking so long I got kicked because of inactivity !!!

    I also got kicked first time logging for ...whatever !


    Absolutely not right ZOS !!


    OK adding to my post this is the 4th time I have been kicked whilst trying to change characters ... sheesh !

    Another edit 6 times now and another 2 will not even log me in !

    yeah, still cannot even login...not sure if it because of everyone loging in and stressing the servers...or just really crappy support.

    I'm on the fence here....going to give it ten minutes.

    I only had problems in Cyrodiil before, now it takes 10 minutes to even log in and another 5-10 when porting.

    Can't log in either.. Stuck in loading screen for about 6 minutes now, right after writing my id and pw... Zos, we're on your side. We want to enjoy YOUR game, please cooperate with us. Don't turn a blind side.

    Chat delay is 8 minutes. So far every other Time Trial instance (after mode reset) is a 5 minute loading screen.

    But don't worry because Dragons!

    This getting old they do maintain or try to fix something and in the end they just broke even more things. How is it even possible that this happens basicly every time.

    Before maintenance it was 1 in 10 chance to get this 5 minute loading screen / instance with 250ms-1000ms ping.
    Now it's 1 in 2 for me.

    Loading screens are hopeless into the game and within zones etc once in the game. Not longer than over the weekend, but more consistently bad.
