    You HAVE to improve your communication with your customers, and now is the time to do this. You have employees on the German forums who can give updates DURING EU HOURS, so why don't you do this here.

    Why is the software level different between EU and US? Just curious since I would naively assume the only difference is localisation for languages. Unless the underlying OS is at a different level due to the hosting provider (which is still odd).
