Explorer Pack rewards missing...?

Hi guys, raised a ticket about my items not showing, got an automated reply saying if you don't hear from me 120 hours we presume your issue is resolved???? Eh, I've replied to that email saying it hasn't been!

Has anyone had trouble with their explorer items not showing. I brought the pre order bonus pack from G2a.com and got only 2 CD keys.

Should I have a third is that part of the problem or something???

    Same problem here. Got 2 keys one for Headstart and one for release. Now i'm waiting for customer service at g2a. Think you need a third key.

    Me too, got the digital preorder and still nothing. Missing my imperial edition mudcrab too. I have been in touch and assured that it is in hand. I was also assured that the 120 hrs email is a standard auto response but my ticket is still valid. Fingers crossed :)

    I too received a email telling me to write back after 4-4-2014 official launch if it hasn't been resolved. Checking the forums to see if they even plan on resolving it.

    I am missing all explorer items, vanity mudcrab, scuttler pet and the monkey from the beta. I thought purchasing a digital edition would avoid these problems or we would be easily helped, but I guess it's a big deal to send us a replacement email?

    Come on guys,.. press the E key to send us what we paid for or we will have to ask the reseller to refund a faulty sale.

    Unfortunately, everyone with the retail version is whining that their Molag Bal statues are broken.
    I guess both sides have their downsides, huh.

    One guildie contacted G2A yesterday and they say there's no third key. I won't blame Zenimax because of this, I doubt they have anything to do here, but I don't get why they don't unlock the explorer's pack in every account that has early access if both things are linked :(

    Edit. Zenimax support solved this problem, they sent me the Explorer's pack after contacting them. Great service, I'm really happy now :)

    I'm in the same boat here, waiting for Zenimax customer's service. Try to send a ticket to them as Ariane said, G2A seems to do nothing. I had a terrible experience with that retailer, delays and payment issues, etc, the Explorer's Pack Code was just one of them. My suggestion, post a review on trustpilot or similar sites so other people can see what they did here.

    Anyways, good luck to everyone and be patient, it seems that Zenimax is solving this problem :) Customer's Service also said that Explorer's Pack code isn't time limited, so don't worry about any expiration.

    Eh, unfortunately for me I'm stuck in the loop.

    "The retailer should have had given you the code" -> "We didn't receive any third code to give you, ask the support." and so forth.

    :(

    Exactly same thing here, G2A did not deliver the 3rd code for the pre-order bonus, ignoring my complains, ESO Support at least trying to solve my problem but it's not their fault that a 3rd party store could not deliver. I hope they will give me the code for the Explorer's pack, as just by checking my account it is obvious I should have it (3 days early access is activated from the same bundle).

    I talked to G2 btw guys and they out right refused that this was their mistake stating every customer has 2 CD keys only and that this was correct for the explorer rewards. ;/ I'm wondering if everything will now be sorted now the early access has finished. I've upgraded since to imperial edition and everything for that was delivered fine. I'm not fused about explorer pet it's the maps I want. If they are still useful as I am near lvl 10 now (not had a great deal of game time :neutral_face: ). I am enjoying the game so far though. :wink:

    Still waiting for my Explorers pack.

    When I redeemed my pre order key I received an email stating that the explorer pack items would be delivered when the game is fully released on the 4th of April.

    That said, I never got them - but I can play as any race in any alliance. I wrote a ticket as well, got a reply that they need additional information - that was the last thing I heard of the ZO support :(

    I was in work on lenovo client, I couldn't see the edit cog button top right for love nor money, plus the site was awefull yesterday. I'm a mature 35 year old gamer who has his moment but i'm not that bad usually on forums ;p

    To answer d.zid it's not resolved yet for me. G2 said they wouldn't do anything more, still waiting to hear from these guys...

    Same problem here... I'm going to send a ticket and hope Zenimax resolve the situation because G2a says their Explorer's Pack should work with only 2 keys, no need for the third one.

    Really glad I got a physical Imperial from EB and avoided all this. My statue was in perfect condition and all my codes were contained in the box. I hope this all gets sorted soon for you guys.

    then youre lucky. I also have the physical Imperial Edition and my codes where valid. However, the attachment in the ingame-mail simply disappeared.

    So for a quick update: after a period of no answer got a quick email from ESO asking me to answer the secret question for my account, upon answering that the reply was they would send my query to the mages guild 0o :

    "Greetings xxxx,

    At this time I am going to send this issue up to the Mage's Guild. Once they have consulted their scrolls, a Mage will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your issue. Please keep an eye on you in game mailbox." [sic]

    so i'm keeping an eye on myself, and my mail box.... :neutral_face:

    Nothing this morning further....

    Quick update: The items appeared in my mailbox yesterday. I guess it was a problem with the overflowserver.

    I am getting frustrated here a little bit... Both sides keep blaming the other one (g2a and ESO / Zenimax) and saying that they cannot help, g2a says there is NO 3RD KEY and head-start should activate explorers pack, ESO Support says there SHOULD BE A 3RD KEY and that one will activate the bonus.
    To be honest I don't care! I want what I paid for and that includes explorers pack! I can't understand why neither g2a nor ESO takes this issue seriously and try to solve this! It is obviously affecting everyone who bought it from g2a, and nobody is getting a reply that makes sense from either side!

    @ESO Support: It is obvious g2a will not give us a 3rd key, but if you check our account you can see that part of the pre-order bonuses are activated, and that can only mean one thing - we bought the pre-order pack! This is enough proof that we should have the explorer's pack. Please if possible kindly activate the explorer's pack for us.
    Regarding g2a the only thing we can do is not buying anything else from them, ever...

    Checking the G2a website today, I see them offering the DLC keys for 3 Euro... SO much to "there are no third keys" :disappointed:

    Contacted them now to send me that key for free as it belongs to my order.
