Feels stuck [PTS Parsing W/Lots of Information] Send Help

So for a while now I've been using a build that provides infinite sustain, moderately high DPS, as well as decent survivability. I went on the PTS to test sets and mundus stones like I do most patches, but this one I can't really seem to find anything that's providing much of an increase.

Here is a table from those parses, Everything is the same except for the mundus stone and single armor set used in each parse:
76ml3wutotjv.png

For each set and mundus combination, I performed 4 parses on a 6 million dummy and took the mean. I know I should probably do more parses for each but damn, that's a lot of combinations to try lol. The only thing I think I could be missing is adjusting CP for each parse. Here is my current build (I ran all jewelry the same, 1 bloodthirsty 2 arcane all spell damage:
cp.PNG

And here is an example of one of the parses:
eB5ztHQ.png

My rotation is as follows:
Front Bar: Liquid Lightning, Elemental Blockade, Weakness to elements (self buffing), Volatile Familiar, Twilight Matriarch
Back Bar: Daedric Prey, Volatile Familiar, Inner Light, Bound Aegis, Twilight Matriarch

Rotation:
Liquid Lightning > la > Blockade > swap > ha > prey > ha > familiar > swap > la > loop

Here is a visual of this (approximated but accurate by my testing):

So my question is, how should I approach this differently? Should I change my CP for certain sets, or change glyphs? any help in this process would be appreciated. Would I need to trade infinite sustain to get closer to 50k?

Also here's a 25 million dummy parse for giggles:

Yes, these are all self buffed parses using elemental drain. Sorry for leaving that out.

The racial changes are exchanging most percentage bonuses with flat values, so instead of using sets that apply flat bonuses, it might help to focus on using sets that provide percentage bonuses to your important stats. It kinda goes with what you said about changing CP, however, due to the diminishing returns on CP, I don't know how much more benefit you can squeeze out of magicka regen CP. I'm actually surprised that you could have such good sustain with so little invested into it.

Also, off the top of my head, I can't remember if the vampirism regen has anything to do with your vampirism stage(?).

Yeah, what sets would you recommend I focus on? and any CP change recommendations as welcome as well. The reason my regen is so good is because my rotation uses 2 heavy attacks. This allows for infinite sustain. Vampire is not needed, and I could probably get away with less in the CP but it makes content easier still how it's setup.

Why is war maiden performing so well? Does the magic damage spell damage buff heavy attacks?

No, the only thing it boosts is the damage from Daedric Prey. Everything else is shock damage, but it seems like it's enough to bump the dps parse to be closer to other sets.

Yeah....that didn't make sense to me either. When I get home from work I might try parsing it again to try to figure out why. Like...I feel like something is bugged at this point that every set is performing relatively the same. Even when I dropped necropotence completely and did mother's sorrow / Scathing mage / Shadow I was hitting about 45-46k....I don't get it anymore

The cause for your identical dps parses without Necropotency slotted is that its set bonus isn't included in the actual damage done. It affects the tooltip damage, but not the actual calculations. You can read more about it here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/456065/necropotence-5p-bonus-doesnt-apply-correctly
