I've completed Armies of Meridia or whatever in Coldharbour and now I'm left with literally no quests in my journal. Where is the hooded man that tells me to go to the Harbourage!?!?

Vlas✭✭✭It is bugged anyways man... I have been stuck for 2-3 days with tickets open /bugged in... etc.
I plan on canceling sub tomorrow if not fixed or information is given on a fix.
I really dont want to wait for a fix after tomorrow, but some feedback can go a long way.1 -
