    He just SEND gold, not SELL them -(fix a thread name if that possible)

    Also -its not even comfirmed he was baned for that -ban reason is unknown -and yes, banning without even giving reason or chances of appeal is seriously customer unfriendly

    What is especially infuriating is the reply that she got. No details on the ban explaining exactly what she did wrong, just a slap in the face.

    Even if someone crosses the line that is no way to handle penalties.

    Can someone in charge at Zenimax find out who this CS person is and please fire them?

    They have a policy of not discussing TOS violations, to protect the privacy of other users involved.
    I didn't realize it also applies to not discussing it with the person accused.

    That's a bit sad, since in my guild we often gave each other money for horses and such during beta. I am sure there was some auto system in place that caused it. I am sure ZOS will look into it for her and realize what it truly was instead of what it appears to be.

    As much as people complain their CS really is good and I think they will eventually get it sorted out.

    this is not the first post about ridiculous banning without reason.. It's a bit sad. Hope they fix this swiftly.. the billing issues, the downtime of last night and this.. For every negative action it takes 7 good ones in order to forget it... Good luck Zenimax... if u don't wanna get bankrupt.

    The only official response we'll get here is that they can't talk about TOS violations in public due to privacy laws, even if the accused starts the topic.

    She could have been via auto-script and that's why she didn't get an immediate response. We just don't know.

    While I'm sure CS is flooded with emails for various reasons, their "response" is something that causes serious concern.

    We, as customers, should be told what we are accused of and have the right to appeal.
