You dont speak for everyone.
I do still listen to them sometimes when its been a while since Ive done them.
Id rather they had the dialog in a dungeon as voice and no reading so I could at least hear it when chasing after the group rushing through it

Not only that, they also “waste time” animating custom emotions on the npcs. Might as well have them stand still with a flat face and painted on features. You could be using all that animation work hours on other things Zos! /sarcasm

Seriously, why can't you put quest-givers outside of dungeons so that I can listen to the voice actor's work without feeling guilty? I assume that some of my money is going to their salary, yes? I suggest either saving the money by not hiring the voice actors, or keep the dialogue out of the dungeon.

Second this. And no, rolling up a new character is not sufficient as a solution.

Its rude to expect first timers to ignore the Quest. Whenever i see someone questing I ALWAYS go at their pace.

If you want to rush content and not listen to the voices, please feel free.
There are many like myself who love the voice & movement acting, even of I have done that quest 6-8 times, I just go through the whole dialogue. Same applies to dungeons. Is shame that ZoS doesn't give us the option to do the dungeons Solo also, because there are many stories I want to follow through, though rushers like yourself make that impossible.
And lets be honest. Without Chris Smith voice, Razum-dar wouldn't be the coolest NPC in any MMO ever, followed by Cider Tail, while Shazah's voice just amazing.
