    Error Code 207:7:1:1016:405 whats the deal now since the update today 4/7/2014 I have crashed out of game 5 x in a row now I cant log back in same as above

    I am having the same issue, IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 HOURS. Not even a shred of help from ZOS. A simple reply would be something at the very least.

    Question on this, did you get a msg box saying your ip wasn't recognised and you needed to enter a code emailed to you, but instead ignored this box and are now getting this 207 error, because you've tripped the account security?

    IM reinstalling the launcher now. deleteed EVERYTHING that even resemble ESO from my system and starting over again. Better fukin work!

    This won't fix it, the software isn't the problem, it's your log in info on THEIR database that's at fault. Or tripped.
    What pisses me off the most is that I had my guild master friend try logging into my game, he HAD NO ISSUES WITH GETTING MY CHARACTER INTO THE GAME.

    This is your problem.. you allowed someone else to have access to your account? They used a different ip address to log in. You've then tried to log in via your ip address which has tripped the account security. It's your own fault basically.

    Oh and they respond within 24 hours.. so if you're 5 hours in, that leaves 19 hours to go.

    I got an automated email just giving me a reference code and no reply of any kind. I think our US team mostly went home and we couldn't get them to even acknowledge us. Disappointing since we have been posting, calling, emailing since the server came up.

    earler today they had same problem with the europe servers said a lot of clients had trouble logging in i think its the same problem fix this

    I'm not demanding a full refund. I won't lie, a free day of game time would be nice. Ultimately though, I just want a faster response time than SIX AND A HALF HOURS.

    Lol I'm sure they are aware of serious problems like this. They are not your parents and come running when you stub your toe on a table. I'm having the same problem so I'm just doing something else, this isn't the only game on the market

    Edit: it seems like you don't leave the client after the error and the cancel and try to log in. Worked for me earlier and now it just worked!

    U are misunderstanding. I had my friend try to log in after hours of trying things myself, he had no issues. I have since changed my IP address and am reloading the the launcher now. Its a long process but at least its up to date. So when you say ive tripped their internal security how is that possible, when my friend (and he is a RL friend so I have no issues with it) from a different pc had no issues with logging into my account.
    Also it shouldnt take 24 hours as it says its wait is just over an hour.

    I was able to log into the game after the patch just fine. Took a break and then I suddenly got the message that my computer wouldn't be recognized and I would have to put in an access code. I waited for the email with the access code, put it in and since then I receive the error 207 message. It's been 3 hours now... I created a ticket but don't have hopes that this will be fixed tonight. :(
