The change to Rapid Maneuver is awesome! B)
The old version of this ability allowed ball groups to move unhindered for far too long.
    No more.

Also, I like the change to sorcerer's passive Implosion.
It increases the sorcerer's overall burst and dps in both PVP and PVE.

    Well done ZOS! :)

If enchantments changes would be to go through, they need to stack, period. Right now, all enchantments must be different because they share global cooldown, and therefore, two halved enchantments do not make a full-effect one. DW got nerfed below level of 2H/Bow/Staff, because one could have full enchant there, but on DW, now there won't be an option of putting two halved weapon damage, for instance, and getting full-effect weapon damage for the front bar. It's a single most braindead change that could be invented, and combat team managed to pull it off. Speaks volumes why I never trust them to do a good job.

That, or alternatively, leave full enchant only on main hand, that way you won't nerf all the tanks out there.

Just revert Murkmire tbh. I miss Healing Ward's initial heal, damage on my Refreshing Path, Warden wings actually being useful, Arctic Blast actually being useful, bear ultimate actually being useful..... etc.

All pets will now inherit your bonuses and derived stats. This means your Critical Hit Chance, Critical Hit Multipliers, Champion Points, and other % damage or healing amplifications will be applied to any pet you summon. Item sets that summon pets will continue to not inherent your Critical Strike Chance.

... because what we needed in BGs is more petsorcs. *sigh*

    1 Handed Weapon Enchants

1H Weapon damage enchants should be nerfed, Due to several builds like Torug/Infused/Werewolf.

1H Weapon efficiency enchants shouldn't be nerfed as they are often used by tanks and long term dps. These enchants also have longer cooldown, you must consider this factor aswell.

Remember that not long ago you removed a bug in which a main hand infused weapon reduced off hand's cooldown too.

Traits like Nirnhoned will become best in slot again if you discriminately nerf Infused.

With the Dual Wield enchant change will we be able to equip two of the same enchant to get a full damage proc to bring us more in line with 2H weapons?

Will both enchants now proc simultaneously to be more inline with 2H weapons?

Added a Loading Screen Tip: "Once you've begun a light attack, you can immediately activate an ability from your skill bar without interrupting that light attack."

I understand you are trying to get players to understand and use light attack weaves with the introduction of sets, skill changes and loading duties among other things but we really need to look at getting a Oceanic Server or some cloud server technology like Fallout 76 has because if you have a high ping rate it doesn't matter how fast you click those buttons they just don't happen.

I've been playing since closed beta 2014 and use to get ping rates around 200 on a 100mb/s fibre link but the last few years (the Morrowind release year I think) I've only been getting pings on average of 450 and it effectively locks me out of a lot of the content because the game doesn't allow me to light attack weave as smooth or at all as I should be able to.

I understand being in Perth, Australia I'm the minority here but just need some love on the ping rates so I can keep playing the game I love... If your focused on light attack weaving moving forward please try look at adjusting abilities to work better with higher ping rates, if that is even possible.

    Rant over. :)

I don't like the nerf to dual wield, it's way over the top. In my opinion everything except master axes are fine.
I used to think that PvP was a tragedy, but now I realize, it's a comedy.

Pretty disappointed that nothing was done for sorc sustain ingeneral or self heals for pvp

Also, zos, i really dont like the feeling that your pushing all sorcs to be pet sorcs. I like playing non pet and i want it to be a good and viable play style.

Amplitude feels good, particularly on my stamsorc werewolf. I think it will help carve out a niche for sorcs in high end content rather than trying to compete directly with nightblades in the execute game, particularly with Cloudrest I see this ability being very helpful to a group's dps. May need some tuning.

Dual wield nerf feels necessary to be more in line with two hander, sword buff is odd but not unwelcome, if goal is to bring all weapons into alignment further changes will be needed, crit is much more useful right now.

Still praying for ice dps to be viable again, hoping ice staves can be rerelooked at since the majority of sets and skills in the game still support ice being dps based. The new ice conjurer set felt very satisfying on my magwarden but without full access to ice damage skills the picture is incomplete.

I LOVE the Ancient Knowledge change. The old passive really hurt magdens because we are the only class that doesn't use destro ultimate. This means we had to slot a destro ability on both bars, losing out on our Advanced Species passive, and simply wasting a skill slot.

Sorcerer, both magicka and stamina, need a serious sustain buff. The dark deal changes just suck, and sorcerer is so squishy as it is, having to wait for those resources to return is no good. please revert or give us something because it hurts to play sorcerer after all the nerfs. If I can't sustain without lich while having 2k plus recovery then either they need some more recovery or more reduced costs. I'll take anything really. Thank you for lowering the cost of Boundless though.

Also Healing Ward needs some love. You removed the initial heal through a ninja nerf and having to rely on the end heal is terrible. If the shield gets depleted before it expires then you don't get anything. Could use a HoT or maybe even to let it restore a percentage of the shield's strength, WHEN it was applied, when it expires; example: if the shield is 200% then maybe it heals for 100% of that. But at least give it a guaranteed heal or something, if you don't want to revert the initial heal removal change.

    thank you,
    concerned MagSorc

    Redo the healing ward nerf.

Restore stun to deep fissure - it's a telegraphed and delayed skill similar to dizzying swing that hasn't had its CC removed. That's pretty inconsistent. People don't want to be pidgeonholed into either destructive clench spam with a lightning master's destro or using those crappy birds now that they don't line up with our burst and are undodgeable. Nobody will use arctic blast or whatever for CC because it's pretty bad. I literally haven't ever been stunned by it in PvP.

I find it very problematic that Sorcerer pets still require 2 slots. The overload bar was the only thing that allowed us to utilize them without loosing essential utility. This is no longer possible. It's impossible to use things like dark deal and boundless storm, because you would be loosing too many needed offensive abilities.

I dropped my pet and slotted mage light and boundless storm instead. Not only were my stats nicer, I was able to drop mighty chudan and slot more damage oriented sets. Pets being 2 slot hinders pet sorcerer to become viable.

Having 1 more slot would give us room to play to and allow for more build diversity. Pets do not offer a reason to cost more slots than other abilities.

Doesn't matter, no change for no -CP.
Pets already do inherit our crit chance, so I am not sure why they say that. Crit damage mults do not exist in no cp, as they come exclusively from CP. I mean they could use that Psijic skill, but you can be sure they sacrifise something major if they want that.

The big message about these changes, is that pets now scale with spell erosion, master at arms and some minor stuff. None of this exists in no Cp. Thus, nothing should change about their potency.

So why cant Rapid's snare removal/immunity apply only to the caster?

Whats the point of forcing players in large groups to slot snare removal/immunity if there is no such skill? (available to everyone not just vampires or 2h users)

    Werewolf feedback:

Thanks for fixing the bleed/enchant proc bug, really. This will bring a bunch of PvP wolves back down to earth.

However, the 1h enchant change hurts. True werewolf builds always chose DW for the second enchant, and that choice is now meaningless. We can’t really do anything to compensate, so it is pretty much just a nerf. Fundamentally I get why this was done, but were werewolves considered overperforming?

The loss of the 20% health recovery racial passives is a bit painful as well.

Not much to give feedback for.

The rapid changes are welcome ones. Implosion needed to go. Other than that bleed nerfs are a goof start but Idk how I feel about them, %10 less damage doesnt make other options viable. Its still superior to sword and mace and also superior to normal dots.

The DW enchant change was the wrong solution IMO. I would rather see the Infused trait cut in half for one-handed weapons just like Sharpened/Defending/etc. I realize this would affect PvE trial tank Crushers, but I think they'll adapt.

Additionally, remove the execute from Steel Tornado and put it on Whirling Blades only. Steel T gets a huge radius, Whirling B gets a nice execute mechanic. Balanced.

This seems pointless. You only get the full 10% bonus for what, the first hit?

When will we see a grp dmg increase buff for classes like NB, Sorc, Warden (dk got engulfing, temp got potl)?
Or will u get rid of stuff like that in the near future?! Talk to us about whats planned.

Regarding the minor buffs, they are all over the place and the accessability should be reworked. Not that everyone should get everybuff to their toolkit, but the way they are set up right now is kinda strange.
