Forced to re purchase the game for $80
alright I could chose to not play the game instead but that's obviously not on my agenda because I went through a lot of trouble to make sure I was ready for this game including taking a week off work. I know that sounds *** but that's the case. I was looking forward to this like a kid on Christmas so yes I am peeved about not being able to play even tho I bought the game and its somewhere in the mail system. so my options are buy the game again digitally or wait while I waste my "vacation" time. why cant the Customer service department in an effort of good faith when establishing a customer base do something that requires a bit of common courtesy. I am not going to be happy about wasting $80 and it just starts bad relations. if you handled this differently I am sure you would continue to gain a wonderful following of players who have faith if something goes wrong you as a company will be there to fix it. isn't that what the subscription fee is for? i know you have no liability but when you see someone struggling the right thing to do i help if you can especially if it costs you nothing you really don't have an excuse
