It would have been a better way of heading the poll originally, although I confess that I'm not a fan of OPs changing the wording of polls (including headings and accompanying text) once people have begun voting on it,, and I agree that this poll has run its course now.
A more meaningful way of rephrasing the poll if you wanted it to carry any weight would in my view be to start again with a poll that isn't restricted only to those who miss the third bar, but also gives options to those who don't miss it. That way you'd have a better idea of how proportionate your results were in relation to sorcerers generally, and you would avoid the accusations of bias in the wording of the options.
I certainly don't think you're an idiot who can't make a proper poll, I think you're a perfectly sensible and well-intentioned poster who made a bit of a hash of this particular poll due to phrasing the heading contrary to the options you gave in the poll itself but you've clearly picked up on that and learnt from it whereas idiots are those who make mistakes continuously because they never learn from them

✭✭I miss it, and I want it back.The thing about the overload change is that it is no longer the same skill (it is now a damage dealing version of mend wounds and there isn't even a stamina morph, which makes no sense when you consider how useful OG overload was for stam sorcs). A significant nerf to light attacks seems to have killed overload gank builds. The 3rd bar was very useful for sorc healers who wanted to bring extra utility to the table. Removing the third bar highlights the bar space issue that primarily plagues sorcs who use skills that need to be on both bars. - Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

That's not how it works. Sorc has several toggles that need to be put on all bars to be used and skills giving which only exist to provide passive bonuses while slotted.
