I started to build a little ship here at Tel Glen, but it ended up being much bigger than planned, which obviously limited me when it came to furnishing it a little, and also meant that I wasn't able to add sails in the end, unfortunately! But I have always wanted to live on a boat in this game, and the Aldmeri Grotto was too big of a space for my own tastes, so I thought I would build and share my Shanty Sea Shack

I did make a boat shape for the base first, which I wish I had realized the size of earlier haha! Then I just built up from there, so no real plans, just the image in my head! Sorcerer, Templar, Wolf Collector, Housing Addict!

I ended up accidentally making this too big for the item limit, so more slots really would have made a huge difference! It was allot emptier than I wanted it to be, and I didn't get to make my sails! I often think that the very best houses (and boats!) are the ones which have been put together with just a basic plan in mind to start with....they grow with the imagination, and have so many 'oh no that isn't working' and 'oh YES!!!!' moments that you simply never get bored.
And look at that end result, so totally worth it 1 -
