"OTHER": I don't care. I'm not changing race on any of my girls, on either account.

Why race change when there is only 1 race?
People are going to want to change every character? Really?
I honestly feel like those who are severely worked up about the racial stat updates are kind of missing the point of this.
It's not that they're rearranging which race is going to be best at what. They're leveling the playing field so that racial choice doesn't matter as much when considering builds. Right now if you play magdps, you pretty much have to be an Altmer/Dunmer/Breton. If you're stamdps, your choices come down to Bosmer/Khajiit/Redguard. Healing? Argonian. Maybe Breton. Tanking of course goes to Imperials, Orcs and Nords.
I honestly feel like...
No, actually, you don't need to choose optimal races to be successful in ESO unless you play competitive PVE or PVP. After the change, one will still need to play optimal races for competitive play, it will just be a different group of races.
In theory, they've made life less bad for casual players with sub-optimal builds who play in pug raids, but in practice I would bet those dumb raid leads still discriminate based on the new BIS racial hierarchy.
I’m not about to have to buy 6 ***** race change tokens I swear to God
I voted on unlimited for one month, although maybe a couple of weeks is a better amount of time.
I won't make use of it myself, but I don't see why there needs to be a limit after such an overhaul. Give everyone a couple of weeks to make changes, carry on and forget it happened.

I'd really like you to explain to me how the very specific changes being made are going to turn all the tables on build choices. Please. I've got time. Make a chart, do some math, whatever. Here is the list of specific changes.
As you so aptly put it in your first post-- Khajiit have a better chance as casters now. I'm so sure that Khajiit has now become the clear magdps choice. Everyone go change your Altmer casters while you have the chance!
Sidenote-- dude, do you really have to be so negative about a relatively small quality of life change that likely barely impacts you? Berating players who want a Khajiiti caster? Asking Zos to buy your silence (lmao)? Now going on about how the intended benefit of this was somehow specifically directed at "sub-optimal pug casuals" (bc anyone who doesn't spend their life measuring the metric difference between a point spent in Piercing and one in Precise Strikes is probably a loser babygamer who doesn't understand l33t sk1llz)-- and that it'd fail regardless? Are you okay?
I think that's stretching it.I voted on unlimited for one month, although maybe a couple of weeks is a better amount of time.

Not going to happen, these changes were made in very subtle manner but general purpose is to earn cash on those tickets

While yes, it makes some amount of lore sense to say that each race would lean toward a different role talent, there's a huge difference between "Altmer tend to be good with magic inherently, so you'll probably see a few more mages than warriors." and "Altmer who want to play stamdps are just be missing out on a huge chunk of their main damage scaling resource, whether or not they choose to waste the 9 skill points to max the line".
One is: "Hey, I'm enjoying X aspect of my class, so I think I'll go with that role. It's also neat because I have a helpful and unique passive for being this race!"
The other is: "Screw character design-- if I want to play the game effectively and be welcomed into difficult end-game content, I have to decide from the start exactly what playstyle I want to pursue on this toon, or purchase a change later for money."
This update isn't going to suddenly mean that in order to be The Best Min-Maxed Tank, you'll have to change your race from Imperial to Dunmer. It's going to mean that your Imperial tank isn't going to be vastly better at their role than your Dunmer tank. And that's the way it should be.
You shouldn't have to choose between enjoying difficult or competitive gameplay and having fun creating an interesting character who is rooted in the game's lore and story.
A successful game lets you do both.
