Hello everybody,

It's me again, the first one who discussed the pre-authorization issue, when Zenimiax decided to charge you the full subscription price for the pre-authorization process. As soon as I started the topic which gained a huge success, thanks to you and all others who supported me, Zenimax team instantly started a sticky topic explaining the situation.

I am asking for at least a 1 day compensation to all Elder Scrolls Online EU players for the reasons I listed below;
1. Doing maintenance within peak-times in Europe
2. Having after patch login issues which has been there for over 3 hours so far, with none of your support team replying telling us what is really causing these issues or fixing it.

    • EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
    • Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

    I am so glad! I am not the only one with login issues after the latest patch :neutral_face:

    I can enter my password but when I try to play with one of my characters there always appears an unknown error.

    I just wanna play...Is that too much to ask for?*sigh*

    Same here!

    I can log in with my alt, tho. And yep, they should add at least a few days of gametime to our accounts for all this mess. I know, launch is rough, but that doesn't mean one has to pay a full price for a not fully delivered service.

    I also agree with this. I can't play my game after the patch - keep getting unknown error on login. Maintenance during prime time is a bad decision. We pay for subs and a lot of us can only play during prime time. So every time the servers are down for 3 or 4 hours during prime time is a day of our subs lost. Please listen to your clients.

    its even more frustrating getting in and the thrown out again. like it just did for me... seems to be working for a lot of ppl though, now i can log in but when choosing char i get the unknown error.

    I have no desire for compensation. Authorization charges take 1-3 days to release. Try calling your bank to have it done faster. It's much easier and much more effective than whimpering on the forums.

    I do agree that the whole situation has been poorly handled, but I see no need for compensation.

    anyone getting the message that they are sending some email code to your email so you can log on cause you not authorized to log on from the same computer you been playing this whole time? I check my email and they send no code, something is wrong.

    Not only that but considering the amount of quests that are bugged along with the terrible maintainence periods, we deserver something in return.

    Most of us paid £70 for the game and now a recurring monthly charge, and for what? To play a bugged game?

    This really needs some compensation. Ridiculous time for server maintenance in Europe and after the server was online again, I only get unknown errors.

    I would agree it shouldn't be on any regions "prime time". But I just can see it now like it has in past games the next argument will be " Why does NA get the patches first?" When the NA is updated and maintenance done then later the EU is updated and maintenance done so its out of their respective prime times.

    Then of course there are those who have odd work hours or schedules who will be effected so then they will want to be heard.

    Bottom line is its never going to be perfect when they take the servers down someone is always going to be upset by it.

    Not necessary but will be an appreciate gesture.

    And it's not my first MMO... I'm sure that Zenimax works hard to get a solution for us but a commercial gesture is a good idea to calm down buyers.

    Will be disappointed if we don't see a "free day" awarded to accounts for this balls up. WoW used to do that when they still gave a toss anyway.

    I think it's a terrible shame to be fair, people seem to be acting like they aren't even bothering to help with the issue just because they're not talking, I'm sure all the folks at ZOS are working very hard to bring us all back on as soon as they're physically able to do so.

    The poor chaps are probably just as stressed as we are... It's their first time doing this and personally speaking, being a great fan of MMO's and having played several I think minor ***-ups aside, they're doing great.

    1. Still a poor excuse for abysmal communication with customers, customer service and maintenance timing.

    I have been trying to log into this game for about an hour now, but NOOOOOOO, INFINITE LOADING SCREENS FOR MEEEEE.
    They need to do something about this broken game since we have paid so bloody much. In PVP im constantly disconnecting. i had the best PVP experience of my life yesterday when defending a castle with an elder scroll in it. we fought them off for about 30 minutes of brutal, intense battle - but when it cam the time to fall back to the inner keep SORRY, DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER. I tried to log in immediately but SORRY INFINITE LOADING SCREEN FOR YOU, i then tried again annnnnd SORRY INFINITE LOADING SCREEN FOR YOU. I'm sick of this crap. I have literally paid more on this game than any other...

    No Mr. Blind game supporter. I won't get over it, being a newly launched game is not an excuse to plan maintenances at peak times, or have such bugs with no quick response promising to fix it ASAP.
