It's me again, the first one who discussed the pre-authorization issue, when Zenimiax decided to charge you the full subscription price for the pre-authorization process. As soon as I started the topic which gained a huge success, thanks to you and all others who supported me, Zenimax team instantly started a sticky topic explaining the situation.
I am asking for at least a 1 day compensation to all Elder Scrolls Online EU players for the reasons I listed below;
1. Doing maintenance within peak-times in Europe
2. Having after patch login issues which has been there for over 3 hours so far, with none of your support team replying telling us what is really causing these issues or fixing it.
