ok i was in game the seemed like the game crashed, i tried to log in again and the client said my info was wrong and to check my account, so i did and when i log in there it says my account has been suspended,
with no email for the reason why. so i asked for a phone support 6 hours ago still nothing

Sorry, there's no real response other than to wait now. I know it's frustrating, but I just finished my support ticket cycle and everything ended up resolved to my total satisfaction. So, although it sucks, sticking it out will probably be rewarding.
I used the email system, so I don't know how the phone system works. If you have any email from opening the ticket, and if said email says you can reply to it, do not do so unless you need to have the ticket re-opened, as it may move you to the bottom of hte support queue.Edited by otomodachi on April 7, 2014 4:56PMWhat do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?0 -

RussellUKSoul Shriven@growlar this happened to u at around 11am or pm gmt yesterday the 7th? as the exact same issue your having happened to me last night around 11-11.30pm , questing in veteran zone killing mobs and doing quests as one normally would, game disconnected me with a 301 error, tried logging in said details incorrect twice, proceed to website to log in and get hit with ' you are suspended from site' WTF :< imperial edition and 3 month worth of subs for a weeks playtime!? hope this gets fixed~! even booked time off work to hit that top level

LonelyCloudSoul ShrivenSame thing happened to me around 11pm gmt, i was grinding in coldharbour and suddenly i got booted from the game/suspended with no reason, rumours are about killing the boss over and over again... which i didn't do but still got suspended, this really put me of the game, i waited 3 hours on phone call and didnt get anyone, so i just emailed them...0

LonelyCloudSoul ShrivenNope but i have received about 15k from a friend to reset some of my stuff and get my self some decent gear.... which souldnt be a problem, if they allow us to send or get money, they can't suspend us for that... it wouldn't make sense since it's a feature of the game however if thats the case than they should remove the ability of sending money rather than suspending innocent people....0

Okay, that may flag too sadly.
They're having some problems in this area clearly. They're trying to deal with the gold selling spam. They're tracking accounts with large transactions and banning them. Unfortunately a few things need to happen:
- The users need emailing a reason when banned.
- There needs to be a dispute process for people banned in error.
- The methodology for bans needs revisiting, as it's catching too many people in error.
