ZOS Why the hell the Indrik is barking?? Very annoying sound!

Really @ZOS, the Indrik is awesome and all, I'm very glad I got it, but WHY the bark?

There is a very annoying sound, like a dog bark and it repeats x3 times, every time you sprint! C'mon!

It's truly pestering after a while, I hope it's just an oversight. Incredibly annoying.



@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom please, the dog bark ruins an otherwise beautiful reward.

@ZOS I don't know if you will do something about it, I'm relegating the Majestic Barking mount to a character I barely use, can't stand the barking, if I knew I wouldn't have bothered so much with feathers.

    I rarely use wolves for the same reason... don't like the bark every time I start running.

    I was going to ask the same question. At first I thought there were some dogs around but nope. Those gross sounds don't fit Indrik at all imo

    Exactly! Same thing I thought, must be a dog from some quest following me! After I realized it was not, couldn't believe it.

    It also seems to be unable to keep all four of its lovely cloven hooves on the ground :D Mine at least does some weird floating and running on its heels that elk and horse mounts do not do.

    Deer make noises that are more akin to human belching (called grunts), nasal wheezing sounds (called snorts) and sheep-like "bahhs" (called bleats). Not sure any of those would be more likable than the current barking noise.

    I prefer my mounts like ZOS prefers their Community Managers - silent.

    Thanks for the video. I've gotta say, just for the moment, I find the sound absolutely hysterical. It sounds like when my dogs chase things in their dreams.

    Oh my god, I just got to the jumping part! I'm freaking dying laughing. Legit tears of laughter. Bronchitis? Accidental farting? Who did this to you?!

    The noise when it jumps is a real noise deer make though, I’ve heard it before and when I looked it up I t’s a snort-wheeze used for intimidation apparently.
