I may have found a fix for the endless "Someone declined" bug. I had a guild premade group that was having this problem trying to queue for a random normal, so we manually entered Fungal Grotto and completed it to get tickets.
Did not work for us unfortunately. It is broken and it is frustrating.

Sapphire_Lily✭✭✭✭Besides the interminable wait times, I've encountering no problems on the PS4 EU. People are expressing exasperation but remain quite courteous; my poor partner in their PC EU hasn't had a successful dungeon selection since the event started! Not one single time have u manage do do this without break something and u cant even fix small problems but push out more problem for each time`SHAME on u.....

I guess we all knew that, despite taking the servers down for 5 hours, ZOS would make a pig's ear of this 'fix'. After all, if they've not been able to fix the dungeon finder in 4 years, there's scant hope of them pulling a rabbit out of the hat all of a sudden on a Saturday morning.
They have to be the most clueless developer currently doing the rounds. There are F2P MMOs with better quality than this garbage.2 -

I can finally log into the game after losing a day of tickets and daily rewards, but sadly I cannot queue:
When I first click the button it looks like it does something, however the Status on the left side remains at Not Queued.
Then when I click the "Join Queue" button a second time, it says "Unable to queue at this time."1 -

ZoS fails every time to deliver what could be considered as obligatory and/or the standard for other titles out there.
Maybe its time to drop the criticism and start creating memes so to ease our frustration.
I for once have lost the appetite to write anything thouroughly thought as a critique . The problems will be there, the problems will be huge, the problems will be many as long the same people are handling the development.
I don't see the latter being changed so...4 -

✭Ah, got in today. Just a 20 minute wait in queue for my DPS toon which is not so bad for a Sunday. We were not given an easy task though. No FG1. Instead we got Crypt of Hearts 2. None of us were OP all stars either, particularly me. A bunch of milk drinking skeevers we were. Nevertheless we managed to make it through without TOO many deaths along the way. I too the most dirt naps of anyone. Got good loot, an Undaunted key, and now own my third feather. I will still remain a solo PvE player but this was a nice challenge and change of pace.2 -

✭I finally understand what you're all talking about. I haven't had any queue issues at all like people are describing. Honestly I kinda thought people were probably exaggerating. But for the last half hour at least on PS4 NA the group finder IS NOT WORKING. It's all anyone in all my guilds is talking about. It's just not working. I tried to queue solo and got a "Cannot queue at this time" error. I joined a group and all four of us were on voice, definitely selecting "ready" and every single time over and over again we just got kicked out the queue or got a "someone declined" error. It's real!!!PS4 NA

it means the issue is not fixed and Zos needs to start fixing issues with major systems of start getting the people who can.
The have ignored us long enough to the point it is complete negligence.3 -

✭It seems to happen when there are a lot of people using dungeon finder...it was working fine on XBNA last night until prime time then it all went to shite...
There are rumors that it happens when there are not enough instances for all the people…
It only seems to screw up when it is a preformed group of 4...though haven't tried preformed of 3 and 2 yet...seems to work fine with just queuing solo...0
