It isn't normal. It's just like we're all playing not the AAA-project, but pirated version of the game in the alpha stage.

I got into a dungeon with a group about 30 minutes before it broke again.

The random dungeon finder is doing the same issue with saying someone didn't accept.

The premade group I joined had the same issue.

We tried pressing F fast. We tried having one person leave.

There was only a small window where it has worked between yesterday which was totally broken and today. A lot of people are missing out and that's putting more pressure on the system and we're a long way away from peak traffic so it's going to get pretty angry in here.

Pc NA Do have Steam (Pacific area)

* Have had other 'signs of strain' issues, like random logouts, taking ages to leave a group etc. Top gaming laptop -addons sorted.

Playing on a mac (MacOS 10.14.1) , NA Server.

I'm only able to get into a random dungeon with a preformed group. The group finder tool either leaves me in que for hours (yes hours, well.. 1 hour 58 minutes at the longest before I gave up) or If it does try to create a group I get the "someone declined...." over and over again. A couple times when a group tried to form I would just outright crash after accepting the group, only to log on and find I was being penalized for queueing too often and now had to wait 12 minutes.

Tried it on PC/EU, dd solo queueing for the daily random, had like 5-10 minutes in the queue then landed in vaults of madness on the first without any decline issue. Nobody in the party knew each other, all of us was solo queueing, no premade.

So, weird behavior. on my first toon (tank), spent 20m trying to get queues working. Logged 4x, and constantly ran into the queuing issue. a few times the queue itself was longer them 10m, which is odd for a tank. I could put that on more people queuing as tanks, but that changed....

...when I logged into another toon, this time a healer. Queue popped fine, as expected for heals, worked the first time. after that run, logged back into the original character, this time queue popped fast, and got in after one re-queue (it was long enough that the DPS may have just timed out.).

Intermittent to say the least. logging in and queuing successfully on another character seems to fix the first one. well see how the trend continues.

one thing i noticed is group finder seems to be bugging out if you have a premade group, but if you have 3 members and then que for 1 member it seems to work fine.

It really seems to be random. My healer had issues. Then immediately got into vBF. Sadly, one DPS insta-quit and we cleared the trash until the first boss and never got a replacement. She queued again later and after almost 10 minutes, got into vCOH1. I didn't have any of the annoying messages for that last queue. My main tank had a pretty quick queue experience before that.

Feels really random to me, but I guess I've mostly just had issues when someone else was crown. Could be account related, but I think it is random.

Hmm worked after 4 'declines'. Seems better than before but maybe less load tonight. PC-EU.

I tried all 4 variations (solo, 2 man, 3, and full) and had the issues with all of them. Finally just closed the game. Might have eventually been fixed?

The grouping is handled by a different server than dungeons and BGs. Granted, grouping is probably handled by the same server for both. While it is possible it is overloaded during prime time and that is causing the issue, poor coding is likely the culprit.

While I got into all dungeons (five) eventually, all but one queue had the Decline bug, between 4-5 times and 3 minutes of the ready-declined-ready-declined game.
PC/EU non-Steam, between 8 and 11 p.m. CET.

Sort of worked this morning (a few minutes of 'someone declines' and a five minute load screen that DC'd half the group).

Failed a few hours ago - several minutes of 'someone declines' and then nothing - had to relog / re-queue, gave up.

Failed again just now - ready check popped and before I could hit accept (as in seconds), dropped my character from queue.

It was the 'someone declines' error; we had a premade group of four. It was around 1-2 in the afternoon, I think!

For me it works with preforming group of at least 2 players, and then selecting Normal Random in the Dungeon finder PC NA

Since the beginning of this event until now, I have only had a few (5 or 6) times that it gave the some declines. Since event started never in the que for more than 2 or 3 minutes.

As a pre-made group we spent about 20 minutes pushing the F key only to be informed someone had not accepted and we were put in the front of the queue. Honestly, we just laughed. Different year, same problems, only worse...after fixing it again. That after missing our Saturday morning trial group because of login issues after the patches for said fix. Finally, we just did pledges instead, but couldn't use the DF to get there so we each just went in individually.

Seriously, for a game that's been around for 4-1/2 years, to anyone associated with the creation of these issues, this should be unacceptable.

hm... New bug: "Unable to queue at this time". Basically I can't even try queue for a random normal (as a DPS).
What is going on???
Edit: PC/NA (non-steam). Issue seems to be affecting everyone at the moment (8:15pm-ish EST). Restarting the client did not fix the issue.
Update: Group Finder worked when I made a preformed group with 3 other people, just after 9pm EST. Other guildies say that you CAN eventually join the queue with this error if you just keep trying.

Speculation: I suspect this may be related to Saturday morning's "fix". ZoS may have simply put a cap on the number of single DPS players who can join the queue. Would have been nice info if this had been relayed to the users.
