This is not true! Months ago I checked carefully in the support section of this site, where I expected that what I would see was truthful information. I only use time cards to pay for my subscriptions. Today I was shocked to learn that my 30 days of access was directly linked to a sub agreement. And when I rolled with this and went to my local Gamestop, they had been issued no cards, so when I tried to pay to keep the account going I couldnt.
Here is the link to one of the many articles where Zenimax stated that we could get the cards at the time of release! Now i'm not going to have access for no fault of my own?
I am so disapointed.

I was able to buy a game time code. After many hours of searching i found a site that sell them. Bought mine 15 mins ago. You get your game time code by email.

Wow that is kind of Hilarious. i know that there are circumstances that delay these things...but to leave a decent portion of the player base hung out like this is kind of shoddy. One thing that they could do is let people use their game codes to authorize the damn game. (the whole "Authorization prevents gold spammers" is total Bologna.) Of course I am just peeved that I cant play the game and may be a little sad that my sorc is all alone and afraid...1

Karm2865✭Zenimax really dropped one, this time the game cards should have been in the stores 30days before the start date. Online stores should have them, they don't. They should be on their own website ther not. Someone should be fired over this major FUBAR0
