ESO Plus Exclusive Items

I'm probably the lone person on this. But, if your exclusive items are all 3600 crowns or more, I need to ask whether the intention is to just turn us all into whales? Right now I'm not impressed with your exclusive items. I can see the value in it for you, but I'm not seeing the value in it for me.

As much as I love dwemer stuff, it's a good thing I think the idea of a black reskin is silly. It clashes horribly with the aesthetics of the dwemer in general, including my artificer who is clad in dwarven bronzes and browns. I probably wasn't going to buy it, but now I'm definitely not going to buy it.

Okay, I was interested. Past tense. But, 10% doesn't grab me at all. I was kind of expecting it would be significantly higher to encourage greater buy-ins from ESO+ members. As is... okay, it's there, great. $:\$

All they're doing is whacking the price up and up for what is essentially a 2 minute recoloured layer in Photoshop. Greedy, ZOS, very greedy.

Can we get only one of the statue of the ugly little chap?

I mean someone, somewhere might like to try and build some sort of daedric throne out of them perhaps?

Or a giant statue out of smaller statues perhaps?

I came here to post exactly what @G1Countdown said. $15 (ok $12 with 6 month sub) is a large expense for me, and since we have more debt to pay down, I am on "buy 0 crowns" for the next 3 years. Thanks 2 major surgeries and a dead computer in 2018.

What happened to thanking people for supporting the game? Housing and outfits are endgame, and ZOS is making sure we are forced to the crown store. Yes, I'm sure you love your whales, but what about the rest of us? Sorry I'm not rich enough for you to care about?

If/when I can get work, ESO is about to go. I love my friends here, but I won't have time to farm patterns all day, so I can craft/sell furniture. I will *never* have enough real life money to furnish homes from the crown store. In fact, why ARE craftable pieces in the crown store at all? Why not reserve it for stuff that isn't available in game? I grind my teeth at this suggestion, as I'm sure the ZOS response would be to pull all housing items from in-game. Honestly, the only furnishings I buy from the crown store now are the unavailable ones. Some *should* be available in game, but whatever, gotta make the non-sub (and sub) people pay right?

I erect the spine of very unhappy about this "special deal" being "milk the whales as much as possible."

Not impressed with the Dwemer Mechanical steed too Steampunk for me.
I got the free one but refuse to ride it.

I also think people running on their steeds by choice are childish.
So what do I know?

Partially, I'm just thrilled we can stick it in multiple houses... though, the more I think about it, I would kind of prefer if housing items purchased with crowns were collectibles with specific modifiers that let you place them as many times as you wanted in a residence up to the furnishing cap.

A 10% discount on something that is a few thousand crowns (and just a reskin) is adding value to eso+ ZOS? That's what we get instead of event crates? So we have to pay tax on eso+ now in the US and I assume crown purchases as well which isn't their fault but it's still more money out of my bank, plus we lose event crates and your value added is tiny discounts that basically equal the tax rate on overpriced crown store items? I'm giving it til years end to see this game fixed- nerfs undone, performance addressed- or I will give up and cancel my plus. This is just stupid.

I don't expect to see many of these in game. A 2-minute new layer in Photoshop and 1000's of crowns. I like the spiders, but going to pass on this one. Just another reskin and a piddling tiny discount on a vastly overpriced offering.

I've bought loads of stuff in the past, but not any more. It's going to have to be pretty special - new model, new animations, new texture, dyes nicely, etc - for me to bother buying any more crowns outside of my ESO+. Oh - and those were whacked up in price using the stupid brexit BS as an excuse.

I understand the company has overheads, but you know what? So do I. So, apart from ESO+ free crowns and until something worth buying - at a decent price - my wallet is closed.

It was a laughable addition. But, tbh, I sub for inventory management. I don't care about the insignificant buffs. I don't care about the crowns as I have more than I need. Cosmetics don't have monetary value to me. I enjoy free crates, especially the chance at a motif book, but I don't miss them when I don't get them.

I am happy to see that mount again as the original skin is one of the more entertaining mounts to see people ride. It also isn't another animal with the ugly Psijic pattern or sloppy looking particle effects, which I am happy about.

WOW!!! 10% off is such a kick in the pants, I was expecting most items to be limited time 25% - 33% with rare special of 50% price reductions.

Looks like the marketing dept does not understand that they would sell more by better price reductions.

You really think you will change something? ZOS never changes their decisions when it goes to crown store. Someone will buy it and that's enough, if you complain about price of smth, it means you're into this stuff, and that's all they want, sooner or later you will buy it. Just like with outfit slots. 1,5k per character per slot? No way. But guess what, I bet a lot of us bought it anyway. Don't waste your time trying to convince them to lower the price, just get over it.
