It is against the terms and condition of any competitive online game to NOT teabag your opponent after a win.

    Seriously, get over it.

Swtor actually banned people for teabagging though

No they didn’t. Stop making crap up. You can’t even crouch in swtor.

"And it's important to state that our decision to go with subscriptions is not a referendum on online game revenue models. F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

ZOS gave us a “flip the bird” emote.

Come to think of it, a “you’re dead” emote, a “taunt” emote, and a slew of others.

I very seriously doubt they actually care about t-bagging.

It is impossible to call tea bagging in ESO sexual harassment as it has been proven by a bug in the past that revealed ESO characters have no private parts. ;)

Its everyones choice if they want to teabag when they defeat someone in PvP.

Its the teabagees choice how they want to react to it.

Me, I choose to be amused at some peoples immaturity, have a little giggle, and then forget about it.

I find it a much less stressful choice then getting worked up about other peoples sillyness...

Seriously you think crouching is against the TOS? there are worse in game emotes lol, designed for kill celebrating.

And besides even the things against the TOS don't appear to even be against the TOS these days, AP boosting, scroll exploiting etc

Lol.. these threads. ZoS does not even read reports on acount cheats, ap farming etc. You really expect them to read tickets about someone getting salty over tbagging.

Keep on dreaming.... by all means flood them with reports though. Where is this game heading to.... maybe they should make NPC characters to do some tbagging in order to grow ticker skin for many,

Been dropping sacks of tea on faces since Halo and Rainbow 6. Why do some people care so much? I do it to friends, strangers and everyone in between if there's no heavy battle going on. It's almost more of a salute for pvping. There have been a few times I was bagging someone and I got killed by their friend(s). Lighten up and don't waste energy overthinking it. It could reasonably be considered childish, but this is a game so its lighthearted childishness.

Meh, it's a classless act and reflects more on their character than who's the better player. I'm not getting mad if I see someone picking their nose in public or scratching their crack and sniffing their fingers. It disgusting to be sure but nothing to trigger over. Years of martial arts (it's why I hate when people say juvenile behavior because even way back when I was a juvenile I've met many other juveniles with more class) if we won a bout or tournament we help the opponent up, bow, maybe clap them on the back and discuss improvements. We had our "teabag" mentality people, it just wasn't as prevalent, or accepted, back then. I'd like to see class come back in style, but the poo flinging, butt scratching mentality seems to be "in". Still nothing to trigger over.

I don't really see the issue. I laugh when people teabag me. The devs laugh when players teabag them.

I find, personally, that it's easier to blow off things like this or any insults really, when you just take a second to realize the person doing isn't doing it to you. The action is towards your character and the other player doesn't know you.

Maybe the devs should just integrate a blackout when you die so you can't see what sort of desecrations are being done to your dead body.

ZOS employees have tea bagged each other on ESO Live as well as adding in the emote Teatime that Brian Wheeler called a pantomime for the activity. Preaty clear they don't view it negatively.

Tbaggers are going to Tbag. I wouldn't be surprised if reporting does nothing.

Just put them on your kill on sight list - the point will be made. :D

I wouldn't be seen doing it myself.

T-bagging is good on enemies who don't wish to ressurect in a keep but rather play dead to watch the direction the enemy is going and pass this info to group mates. It's just a revenge for spying :p .

I have a tendency to teabag all the quasi 1vX-ers who go for all these meta, FOTM cheese builds and consider themselves good if they can use 4 skills in 1 second due to the intended feature of animation canceling. Some of them likely use macros as well, so when they die I gladly dip my teabags in their face repeatedly.

The best thing about it is when they send you a private message. Little do they know that I am a master of ***-talk and that they are about to be absolutely demolished.

Apart from 1vX-ers, I would consider, but not always commit to, teabagging a nightblade ganker. They are scum, through and through.

So, basically, teabagging is reserved for players like that. They commit to toxic gameplay, thus clearly demonstrating that they're a bunch of lonely neckbeards looking for any sort of self-confirmation. By pressing CTRL a few times and trolling them for a few seconds, I have the pleasure of tilting them to Oblivion. I call it justice, and they deserve it. It means little to me, but I get a few easy laughs out of their inevitable reaction, and some exchanges have been particularly entertaining as of late.

(Also, I don't do it frequently, like twice every ten hours of playing in Cyrodiil... which probably means twice a month.)

Good grief some of these posts. How do some people survive everyday normal life with being constantly offended with trivial crap?

is what i ask myself every time I see topics like this.

I remember one where they did a drama for a miserable skill point, they even took therapy for that incident., WTF.

But they are fun to read, especially when i'm supposed to be working.

Is it eye rolling and cringy when someone does it? Yes, but would I want to ban people for being immature? No.

If teabagging offends people then they obviously never looked at zone chat at any given time.

Seriously though, if we start nitpicking what players do then we get one step closer to banning things we never thought would be bannable.
