New car

    so because there is not enough good competition in this product on market then producent can/should have permission to just *** his customers becasue they dont have or cant find other similiar product?

    I dont think so in real life if producent just pissing off his customers they will stay with his products or atlest will stay with him and not doing anyting louder to finally force him to pass and make product working properly without nonstop problems and breaking without warranty as product is defective almost since release and this isnt written somewhere to inform customer how really it is worth

    If you have the monopoly of something and the costumers do not get anything similar to it, then you can pretty much do what you want with your product....

    so this is just showing what producent it is, how worth he is itself for rest population and what to do with him if you dont need to much his product or if competitior to him will show

    EDIT: and Im really sorry about people defending this kind of behaviour from producent to all his customers

    I neither defended that behaviour nor did I say ZOS does whatever they want with their game. This was just a general statement, which sadly is present in the current world. If you are the one and only person with something, which si needed by everyone else, then you are able to make the rules.

    This is a stretch as an analogy to ESO, considering automakers don’t continually add new features to the car you purchased years ago.

    Comparing a product that is the result of over 100 years of incremental improvements that costs a minimum of $20,000 new with one based on four years of development that could have cost $60 new is somewhat silly. Why not just compare it with a different MMO that does things you like?

    you should unsub from the car manufacture until they make a recall of the car and replace it with a better model :)

    because people here like devs hate to compare eso to any other successful mmo because we really know how ESO looks and everyone dont want to show this look to anyone newer or not in topic about this

    Did keys for the ignition come in 30 boxes? That you had to pay for? And only one box might or might not contain Radiant Apex Car Keys?

    But it's ok, because if you get insurance from the car manufacturer, you will get a discount on the countless boxes, mostly containing vials of engine oil (of the wrong grade anyway).

    I know it's a euphemism for the overall game performance but I'm an IRL mechanic. The number of issues we see in brand new vehicles that can't be fixed right away or there's no available parts for is actually very substantial. We are still have constant repeat problems with poor quality parts in 2017 vehicles that are now nearing the end of their warranty and are two years old now...

    Everything is complicated nowadays, FFS your fridge has a tv in it... Have patience people.

    I'm sure you know, that's because you are alone and they are a great company with millions of customers. If you were a representative of users with the same issue/same support situation or a company using a fleet of 1000 their cars, your chances to be listened would be much higher. Also the guarantee can't be lifetime for any mechanical product, you should know this. If you believed when they told you they will slowly fix the problems, you were naive - they used it against you, but it's you to be blamed here.

    So you should not believe them at first, and send the car immediately after purchase if they didn't fully fix it in the first week. Now your only option is to be a representive of a group. It's too late to send the car back alone - consider that they have the best lawyers...
