The reason you are treated like that is that there is not enough good competition in this "car" market. I mean there are manufactures that produce other car models but there are just a few that are decent (cannot say good).
That's why you should either enjoy your car with its current faults or just return it and get a different car but you will not have many good choices that are similar to this one.
so because there is not enough good competition in this product on market then producent can/should have permission to just *** his customers becasue they dont have or cant find other similiar product?
I dont think so in real life if producent just pissing off his customers they will stay with his products or atlest will stay with him and not doing anyting louder to finally force him to pass and make product working properly without nonstop problems and breaking without warranty as product is defective almost since release and this isnt written somewhere to inform customer how really it is worth
If you have the monopoly of something and the costumers do not get anything similar to it, then you can pretty much do what you want with your product....
so this is just showing what producent it is, how worth he is itself for rest population and what to do with him if you dont need to much his product or if competitior to him will show
EDIT: and Im really sorry about people defending this kind of behaviour from producent to all his customers

I neither defended that behaviour nor did I say ZOS does whatever they want with their game. This was just a general statement, which sadly is present in the current world. If you are the one and only person with something, which si needed by everyone else, then you are able to make the rules.

do you really need it if its really that bad?
while we can have something else which isnt maybe fully same thing but is simmilar and its good/great instead of bad and do rest can see anything else beside this bad thing or have blinders on?
This is a stretch as an analogy to ESO, considering automakers don’t continually add new features to the car you purchased years ago.
Comparing a product that is the result of over 100 years of incremental improvements that costs a minimum of $20,000 new with one based on four years of development that could have cost $60 new is somewhat silly. Why not just compare it with a different MMO that does things you like?
