New car

I bought a new car, it runs but has major problems. It’s ok though as I have been told mechanics will pop out every couple of weeks to slowly fix these problems.

Strange though , when I actually try to talk to them about these problems I receive no replies and the phone is never answered.

Should I send the car back ?

If I were you ,I should wait for a Downloadable Suspension System which will completely ruin the overal driving experience, and then you will have to moan about it, forgeting the previous issues the car had.

This will keep you going until the car reaches a point where no fix or no returning back to the seller is possible and thus you shall move on and never buy anything from that brand/manufacturer , ever again.

The OP is most likely using an analogy for ESO.

Go green and get a Tesla much better and I won’t get the urge to run you over when I see you taking up half the road space on your bike.

That's a big assumption. He/she should be directed to a local dealer in their area.

What i wrote in his other Thread:

I bought also a car from another company. It also had some major problems. But the company promised be to make it better.

I startet to love the car but every few month the company where i bought the car come over to my place, takes a Baseball bat, Beats the *** out of my car and then offers me to paint my driver door in another colour but i need to pay for it.

    Just. Awesome.

BTW, if you really just bought the car, and you are willing to jump through a lot of hoops, you may be able to get a refund.

Remember Christmas is coming, too! Must be someone on your list you don't like much xD

It's an assumption, but not a big one. First off "mechanics will pop up every couple of weeks" mechanics don't just pop out every couple of weeks.
Analogies are used frequently to change the perspective from people.
It's an assumption, but I find it more probable than to be a legit question abour his car, in a forum for ESO.

People post on Facebook and Twitter about their personal issues all the time. The OP may have assumed we, as gamers, may have some insight into the automotive industry.
Also, biweekly visits from a mechanic may have come from a package deal from the dealership, and that something that needs to be taken up with them.
To paraphrase Freud, "Sometimes, a car is just a car."

Dude was making a snarky post comparing the game to a car in a mythical situation that doesn’t exist. That was a fallacy in itself. But, wow... not sure if the large number of commenters on here are trolling him back or really think the dude is describing a real situation on this ESO forum.

    HUUUGE assumption. Apologies.

I will be more worry if the car run on Windows OS. Cause you know it is an OS that can suddenly fog up your whole windshield with a blue color for no good reason, not to mention the car will die at the spot at that exact moment no matter what you are doing.
Also, when you are going 100mph on the highway, your car will decide that it is more important to pay full attention to your virus scanner and decide that your brake drive wheel is not the top most priority; or you engine shouldn't spending all the power on the power train but use it to download and install newest update that can potentially delete your file, I mean your ECU program.

Imagine if everyone is allowed to post about Real Life indeed it would not be ESO forum at all. Admin lock the nonsense and move along. Still On-going and people get offended because I told the truth, go for it then.

The reason you are treated like that is that there is not enough good competition in this "car" market. I mean there are manufactures that produce other car models but there are just a few that are decent (cannot say good).

That's why you should either enjoy your car with its current faults or just return it and get a different car but you will not have many good choices that are similar to this one.

No. I'm tired of topics getting closed. This madness needs to end here and now.
If we can continue to tie-in cars in connection to ESO, maybe the mods won'r close this.
    Here, I'll help:

I would like to request a Dwemer car mount added to the Crown Store, please.

    There ya go!

so because there is not enough good competition in this product on market then producent can/should have permission to just *** his customers becasue they dont have or cant find other similiar product?

I dont think so in real life if producent just pissing off his customers they will stay with his products or atlest will stay with him and not doing anyting louder to finally force him to pass and make product working properly without nonstop problems and breaking without warranty as product is defective almost since release and this isnt written somewhere to inform customer how really it is worth

If you have the monopoly of something and the costumers do not get anything similar to it, then you can pretty much do what you want with your product....

so this is just showing what producent it is, how worth he is itself for rest population and what to do with him if you dont need to much his product or if competitior to him will show

EDIT: and Im really sorry about people defending this kind of behaviour from producent to all his customers
