True, but wouldn't it be safe to assume that if some one called your company support system, it will be because they are having problems with your product? Its just frustration being accumulated from several sources.

They know I'm a paying customer because customer support says that my purchase shows up on my account but my game code was never properly applied. Still they haven't done anything about it yet, in three days.1 -
And us from outside US, what do we do? im not gonna wait an hour on the phone for 10 euros per minute, thats for sure.2
