    the phone number is legitimate im on the wait right now. 1 hour with my phone on speaker outweighs possibly waiting till 5pm tomorrow so meh.

    True, but wouldn't it be safe to assume that if some one called your company support system, it will be because they are having problems with your product? Its just frustration being accumulated from several sources. :(

    They know I'm a paying customer because customer support says that my purchase shows up on my account but my game code was never properly applied. Still they haven't done anything about it yet, in three days.
