You might have to set, and leave, the name on the account as your father's. Part of the authentication problem can be that the name and number don't match up.I hope you guys can help me out. I have been trying to sub with my dad's credit card. It is a master card. I filled out the information on the card, but whenever I click to finish the transaction, an error pops up "The transaction has not been authorized". I use the card with my dad's permission and tried to do it on another browser, nothing. Same error code. There is nothing wrong with it either, the info is correct and I've checked a thousand times. Please help.

It's possible it's the institution. I know I can't use GMG because my bank refuses to process the transactions with them.
