Unable to Sub. "Transaction not Authorized".

I hope you guys can help me out. I have been trying to sub with my dad's credit card. It is a master card. I filled out the information on the card, but whenever I click to finish the transaction, an error pops up "The transaction has not been authorized". I use the card with my dad's permission and tried to do it on another browser, nothing. Same error code. There is nothing wrong with it either, the info is correct and I've checked a thousand times. Please help.

    You're not the only one. The error isn't specific to Mastercard either, I'm getting it with Visa.

    Can't offer any help other than to suggest e-mailing customer support.

    Same problem for me. Fighting with this problem for 3 days, try different cards (real mastercard, virtual visa), wrote about 10 emails to support - nothing. Support is very stupid and ask unactual questions or don't answer at all.

    @Ayleid Tried on paypal all went fine, maybe you can explain you dad what paypal is, basically, it is a safer placer where to leave the card infos than individual merchant sites, a nice stub where you can close all recurring payments at once

    I had the error come up on both my CC and paypal.

    Somehow, it just worked even though I got that message.

    And I still can't log in. Seems like Zenimax isn't interested in my money.
    Really weak guys. Support isn't helping either. Just got a pre-assembled (auto?) mail.

    Maybe because I have no money on my bank account right now? Is that the problem?
    So I can't use the 30 days of playtime - which I already payed for - because I don't have money for a subscription. The first charge would be necessary next month anyway! Because I already paid for the first 30 Days of playtime!

    I'm from Brazil and nor my international CC or paypal works. I'm sure about the card data.

    You might have to set, and leave, the name on the account as your father's. Part of the authentication problem can be that the name and number don't match up.

    I ran into a problem where I was mistyping the security code, so you might want to check that too.

    Also, if your address isn't the same as his, for some reason, you might need to set the account's address to match his. Again, zip codes are checked as part of the authentication procedure normally, and TESO doesn't offer an alternate billing address.

    It needs to pre-charge your card then it refunds it, I was having this trouble till I got paid, then I tried it again and it worked, refunded the amount a couple hours later

    It's possible it's the institution. I know I can't use GMG because my bank refuses to process the transactions with them. Might want to have him call them and make sure they're not the ones with their foot on the hose.

    Is there anywhere we can buy game time codes online to avoid this problem?
