What is up with the customer support for this game? The email and phone pages don't even load and if they ever do the send option does nothing, I refresh and they just don't load again. Spent £50 on this game and i'm already being banned for blocking and reporting a gold seller.......Some one sort this out for god sake. I can't even get an email through to try and get my account resolved.

    They seem to be actively deleting posts about people questioning why they're unreachable right now too. I see posts popping up about "where is your phone # page" and these posts have disappeared within minutes... seems really crooked.

    Such a joke. Knew the theory behind this game being great was too good to be true.

    May want to "investigate" faster. Zenimax has royally screwed tons of potential loyal customers. I bought the physical imperial edition, and I set up a sub for 6 months of game time early yesterday. Why is an "Authorization hold" taking this damn long to clear when we have funds? Why am I locked out of free game time my PURCHASED GAME entitles me to?

    Well i'm glad to report their big fix was "try turning it off and on again" wow...thanks. That one just completely bypassed me.
