Save that for the pts, I like seeing people work on a toon for years.

That seems very selfish though, why do you care how others get their own characters up ? I only play one character and that is mainly because of the massive grind this game has. I would certainly have more fun in the game if I could do what the op described.

If you think this game has a "massive grind" you need to get out more. ESO has one of the easiest grinds in any game I have seen in 21 years.
Seriously, it takes 10 hours of hard grinding or a couple of days casual to get 50. Then the CP grind can be done in about a week. All on a new account.
The problem these days is the younger gaming population preferes instant gratification rather than investment pride. I blame consoles for this.
