They seem to blindly follow their agenda of distant future set changes. Rather than getting their hands in the dirt and actually experiencing the situations from players perspective.

Murkmire AND Cyrodiil changes are up to the best content in years (esp. Cyrodiil one! Exceptional work there devs!), but everything around drastic changes and broken/bugged visuals/bosses/etc. is beyond annoying. Like, how do they break things they didn't even touch? :O Hopefully incremental changes will address most of these issues...

Game performance feels improved, i did not even set foot in Murkmire after 10+ hours of playtime even though i have access, but i've already got my money worth in PvP drama

There's obviously some confusion here by the development team so perhaps this format will assist future changes. Make sure to be honest now....

Really bad. I don't care about the bugs, but the magicka nerfs mean I can no longer play the way I like. I don't see how this game can pass for entertainment anymore.

F for FAILURE - ugly mess with metric tonn of bugs

But have to mention that level design team did amazing job as always. Music is nice too...

The problem is that patch allready called nerfmire for a reason and bugmire is it's second name

    Along with lagmire.

I haven't seen enough of Murkmire yet to know whether it deserves an "A", but I haven't encountered any performance, bug or balancing issues to justify less than a "B" at this point. Performance is certainly a lot better than when Summerset launched as there were some disconnection issues with that update as I recall until an early incremental patch a week or two later.

I don't know yet as I haven't really played enough to tell. I can say my tankden and magden seem to be fine. Haven't been on my sorcs yet - have had other things to work on.... like event tickets.

    The first 150 votes are in! This patch so far has a grade point average of 0.94 (4 = A, 3 = B, 2 = C, 1 = D, 0 = F). That's an F.

F for the simple fact that they are shooting themselves in the foot by shoehorning unwelcome game changes into what would otherwise be a well-received content DLC. Who does that? A dunce who needs to be held back and learn things again, that's who.

I really do want to like the game more, but man, they make it difficult sometimes. I honestly feel bad for the content development teams who are basically having their beautiful work forever marred by whoever is making all these "balance" changes.

The PvE content is OK, maybe a B. But they have completely broken balance so badly, and based on the complete lack of response, it appears they are too incompetent to realize it.

Spot on. The teams behind lore, graphics, music, quests, etc. - are TOP NOTCH. Like, those guys are giving their best and most creative to those of...

QA department, combat team leads and overall programming guys. And that's a shame.

This beautiful DLC is overshadowed by those a few. There are MANY issues overall - some are normal for the 1st patch, all understandable, but some things are just broken without any reason.

And mostly combat team was a massive flop. They just blanked nerfed things out of spite - as it seems. Whoever thought about this got totally wrong - people play games to have fun, they want to have fun, not to wrestle with the game devs and unpopular changes.

My hope is that ZOS learned something from this... for real.

I don't think there's a fix in the works... Unless I'm mistaken, they didn't break anything for you Mac users -- they intentionally dropped you without warning by upping the minimum spec requirements. Right?

They switched from OpenGL to MoltenVK and it's caused huge performance issues with almost all of us. Minimum specs don't affect those with machines from 2013 and onward. Gina said they were aware and were looking into it, but there was no hint of an eta or anything.

This patch is about as well-received as the Morrowind patch that neutered sustain for everyone and gifted us with Wardens spamming undodgeable birds.

Not a fan of the spectral bow delay nor the over-performce of enchants, but more good came from this patch than bad for certain. A big step in the right direction.

They broke some really simple stuff. Even just small things that you didn’t think could be broken. Not being able to interact with assets, Molag Bal’s voice, just little things.

    Also they neutered my bear.

It’s not a complete failure though, I’m enjoying the Witches Festival.

I play on an iMac, but I learned long ago that Mac is not even second fiddle to game devs so I have had a partition and OEM Windows for the past decade. Only way to have eat my cake (all the stuff I do on Mac)and have it too.

I like many changes in this patch, but they have forgot about bleeds, now we have bleeds, enchants and a lot of broken skills that doesn't work. In general all the goods have been covered with bugs and new cheese aka bleeds+enchants.
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.
