Two Dominion zones, back to back, would be a little unusual. If they're talking about Sunbathing and warm sands, my first thought is Sunforge. Also, remember, the province is "Elsweyr," not "elsewhere." If ZOS is continuing their clockwise rotation through the map, Sunforge was part of the 2014 QuakeCon video, and it would follow after Summerset that we'd be heading back to some of the last open spots on the Covenant map.

Elsewhere is a pun on the name people often use tho. Alliances don't really have a significance at this point as far as content releases is concerned.

Yes hammerfell is also an strong option and fit well with the rotation, however rotation theory is doubtful as you say.

Only one request: Give us another Khajiit type for it, ohmes-raht would be very easy to implement and popular with its anime catgirl look. Have some others as npc only like the Alfiq
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

When the data set consists of two points, I am not sure what would be considered usual.

I do agree that Covenant is most likely, but not because Morrowind is EP and Summerset is AD. I believe that the location of TES 6 is decided and that ZOS will stay away from it. I think Elsweyr is where TES 6 will take place.

    @Aliyavana,
There's an indirect hint as well - did you notice all that new Khajiit costumes and jewelry in Murkmire? The team is working hard on beautiful cat wardrobe - why? It seems to me, that there's a strong reason!

Edit: I wonder if there's a way to look back on Argonian costumes - when they started to appear, and to find out, if it was strongly connected to Murkmire development, announcement, datamine...

That could just mean that the next zone DLC might be south of Cyrodiil, maybe along the western Niben.

Here's a link, but it is not in English. If shortly, a crate cover is datamined, and it is called crowncrate_baandaripedlar_back
    https://elderscrolls.net/2018/09/18/29609-tes-online-vozmozhnye-mesta-dejjstviya-sleduyushhikh-dopolnenijj/

Also, Xanmeer crate cover is datamined. So, logically, Xanmeer crates first, and Baandari next

Also, TES6 isn't releasing until 2022 at the earliest. Possibly even further out. I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that it's set in Hammerfell, though. I mean, I'm not hostile to the idea, I just, literally, do not know what you're basing that one off of.

If correct, that would put the Baandari crates at Q1 2019 (probably in March), well ahead of the 2019 chapter next summer. It might indicate that Update 21 will be Khajiit themed dungeons.

Some more datamined things, that could be a hint:

Together with costumes and crates, this could be a hint. But just "could be"...

It's safe to assume the Xanmeer crates are the next season after Hollowjack, and if Baandari have been datamined already they would be the next (unless those weird classic crates are used).

Chapters are released in May/June and they have a crate season to go with them (Dwarven and Psijic), so following the pattern it should be the season after Baandari that would represent the chapter.

I think it was confirmed somewhere that we will get 2 dungeon DLCs per year from now on, maybe we will get a Khajiit themed dungeon to go with Baandari crates. Or, because the next chapter is "the most ambitious yet", and the Baandari are travelling traders, maybe their crate season is a long run up to an Elsweyr chapter. I have no idea, but I want to see Elsweyr at some point.

A distinct possibility. They are tilting heavily towards the dungeon content, now.

The only thing holding us back from another Hammerfell zone is that we already have so much Hammerfell content in the game (including 2 DLC):

    Stros M'Kai
    Alik'r Desert
    Hew's Bane
    1/2 of Bangkorai
    1/2 of Craglorn

The Khajiit, on the other hand, are the most underrepresented race in the game (with respect to explorable territory). They just have a starter island and half of a zone.

To be fair, the only three/four provinces we can be certain won't appear in future zones are Summerset, Valenwood, High Rock, and Wrothgar (if you choose to count it.)

Every other province in the game could be expanded. It depends on what ZOS feels will be distinct enough from existing content to justify a price tag.
