Error 103 & Error 301

I have been trying to log in all day from my laptop and I i have constantly been getting the error 301 message, on the very rare times it doesn't come up as 301 it has been coming up as error 103

jsboeveb14_ESOSoul ShrivenIt would be nice to get some support or information on this. I am also having this issue. The "help" section says it could be from the firewall, which I disabled and I am still experiencing this error.0

I understand its a new game and it has it flaws, but even the support isn't helpful. I did everything they said, from opening ports to disabling firewalls and turning off my protection.Edited by Leeroyjk on April 6, 2014 5:28PM0 -

Well, just tried this. I updated my account information, same with my subscription plan, tried to log on.........guess what???????? Error 301......Even worse now under game time remaining I am told that I have 29 days. I don't even get 30. I lose all of my early access, give me help or give me a refund. I will let you and visa fight it out.

I'm starting to think the same thing, but I love the Elder Scroll games and I know that this issue will be sorted out and we should get our prepaid time pushed back to 30 days when this issue is solved.
