Error 103 & Error 301

Maintenance for the week of March 24:

I have been trying to log in all day from my laptop and I i have constantly been getting the error 301 message, on the very rare times it doesn't come up as 301 it has been coming up as error 103

    It would be nice to get some support or information on this. I am also having this issue. The "help" section says it could be from the firewall, which I disabled and I am still experiencing this error.

    Hey there. Have you redeemed your game code on our account page? Since the Early Access period has ended, you will be required to redeem your ESO game code and select a subscription option in order to log in. Let us know if you have any additional problems accessing the game.

    Yeah, this is getting very annoying. I been trying for 3 days to play this game, Every time "Login Error. Login Timeout." or Error 301
    I understand its a new game and it has it flaws, but even the support isn't helpful. I did everything they said, from opening ports to disabling firewalls and turning off my protection.

    Well, just tried this. I updated my account information, same with my subscription plan, tried to log on.........guess what???????? Error 301......Even worse now under game time remaining I am told that I have 29 days. I don't even get 30. I lose all of my early access, give me help or give me a refund. I will let you and visa fight it out.

    I'm starting to think the same thing, but I love the Elder Scroll games and I know that this issue will be sorted out and we should get our prepaid time pushed back to 30 days when this issue is solved. If not, well...

    I am trying to redeem my code provided and it keeps stating it is invalid.............

    my account states early access and that is that, so what exactly am i meant to do................
